In nearly three acres of grounds, Shahé Kalaidjian has drawn his inspiration and bold ideas from exquisite hideaways, and called on designer Christophe Pillet as the perfect partner to realize his vision. Pillet is entirely responsible for the design, as indeed he is for the furnishings which he has produced for prestigious international brands such as Emeco, Porro, Oluce, Mazzega, Varaschin, Fantini, Boffi, Duravit….

The architect has offered a Neo-Provençal re-interpretation of the 2 000 m2 built surface, creating an ideal setting.

The garden, landscaped by Christophe Ponceau, is a blend of luxuriant green and sobriety, opulence and simplicity.

The Payot Spa offers a complete range of facials and body treatments based on a unique approach, such as the 42-Movement Facial Protocol. It also offers consumer products which combine innovation, results and pleasure.

The Sezz Saint-Tropez, like an island nestling within a tiny peninsula, is an inventive combination of charm and design which creates that special feeling of escape.
The 35 rooms are more akin to bungalows and open onto outdoor showers, terraces and private gardens.
